1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with Tadreby, operated under the trade license of Talents Vault (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment in the United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Tadreby platform (the 'Platform' or 'Website'), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts under the Free Zone Authority where Talents Vault (FZE) is registered. Before seeking legal remedies, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution via written communication within 15 working days.
3. User Eligibility
By using the Website, you confirm that you are:
- Legally able to enter binding agreements
- At least 18 years old or have verified guardian consent if younger
- A resident of the UAE or a GCC member country
4. Use of the Platform
Tadreby is built to connect:
- Students & Graduates with real-world opportunities
- Employers with emerging talent across the region
- Universities with oversight tools for internship and placement monitoring
Users must not use the platform for unlawful, unethical, or misleading purposes.
5. Registration and Account Management
Users must provide accurate, up-to-date information. Each account is for individual use. Sharing login credentials or impersonation is prohibited. Tadreby reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
6. Platform Features
Tadreby offers:
- Verified job and internship listings
- Application tracking and shortlisting tools
- Admin dashboards for universities and employers
- Completion certificates, reporting, and analytics
Platform services may evolve over time and new features may be added.
7. Role-Specific Responsibilities
Students and Graduates:
- Submit truthful profiles and only apply via Tadreby
- Understand that Tadreby is not a party to employment terms
Employers:
- Use the platform to post legitimate, clearly defined roles
- Engage respectfully with candidates and adhere to employment law
Universities:
- Review and approve student accounts when needed
- Access analytics and completion reports for academic tracking
8. Acceptable Use Policy
- Use the platform for spam, unsolicited ads, or harassment
- Share offensive, discriminatory, or illegal content
- Interfere with platform operations or attempt to breach security
9. Privacy and Data Use
Use of Tadreby is subject to our Privacy Policy. By registering, you agree to the collection, processing, and limited sharing of data to enable services.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and platform materials are owned or licensed by Talents Vault (FZE). You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use content commercially without written permission.
11. Payments and Fees
Tadreby is free for all users during the initial two-year launch phase. If premium services or employer features are introduced later, they will be clearly communicated with terms and pricing.
12. Limitations of Liability
Tadreby acts as an intermediary. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, user agreements, or any consequences arising from external communications or off-platform transactions.
13. Force Majeure
Tadreby shall not be liable for delays or failures due to events beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, outages, or regulatory restrictions.
14. Termination
Users may request account deletion at any time. Tadreby reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or misuse.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be posted on our website and your continued use of Tadreby signifies agreement to those updates.
